I have seen some of the outakes from that stuff and it's disgusting. I have never seen such disregard for the people around you. These videos always piss me off.

This is old(er) news I saw these vids a quite some time ago, not denegrating their coolness / fun to watch rating simply stating they're not brand new (which is fine by me).

First off towel heads isn't really a nice thing to say, regardless of whether I agree with that statement or not.

Secondly the crowd gathers to watch these people, who are most likely Princes and sons of Oil Barons do crazy stunts that they most likely see on TV. And who came up with the shit they see on tv? The US, while the US isn't completely to blame, because a lot of Arabic TV is very strictly controlled by their government. I realize other countries influence television as well, but unless you look for it, it's rare to find other countries influencing OUR TV. The exception is the entire street racing scene with the Fast & the Furious, and all the other knock offs.

While American films (and not necessarily American) are probably slightly taboo, you have to realize somehting; The people driving the vehicles in these videos are not worried about the cost of the vehicle, or getting out of trouble if they hit someone else's car, getting a video that's slightly taboo in your country can't really be that hard. Especially if they've got access to the Internet.

I'm not saying what they're doing in the films is smart by a long shot, however they have a disposable income, aren't worried about the ramifications of their actions (if they cause injuries), and the morons stading nearby to watch that get hurt, well that's their own f@#$kin fault. Any j@ck455 that doesn't get the heck away from stupid stunts like this is just asking for it, it's like wanting to sit ringside by a demo derby.

I don't mean to be condescending to anyone, just trying to make a point that not everyone in the Arab world is as dumb as Americans would like to think. Just as not all Americans are as retarded as the rest of the world things, (no thanks ot Jerry Springer or *cough* certain leadership*cough*).

There will always be those small few who give the whole a bad rep. If the Arabic world (generalized term for the areas of Saudi Arabia, Iran, India, surrounding areas etc etc) were as dumb as the general concensus among Americans, then answer this question:

Why are more & more programming & IT jobs being outsourced to India?

All well said, and I mostly agree. Different cultures different beliefs. I've been to each corner of this globe and have always walked away with better understanding of people...especially when I visted India.

But to answer your question of why IT jobs go to India.....Its all $$.
Yes, there are many smart ppl in India, as is in Thailand, Japan, Germany, US, China and the other 200 nations...but business decisions are many times made due to the bottom line.

After India, the next outspot for outsourcing will definately be Africa.
